Matt has nearly 20 years experience in the sector across operational, project and strategic roles. He is The 4OC's principal employability consultant and the UK lead for the IEP's Project DEEP. Matt's experience covers contract mobilisation, performance improvement, process optimisation, PMO, service design and technology across employability, youth services and offender rehabilitation.
Tony has over 20 years experience across employability, adult learning, justice, community development and a range of other human services. He has worked on a huge number of programmes stretching back to New Deal. Tony has significant experience of delivery across the contract lifecycle, from tendering and mobilisation through to contract delivery and improvement programmes across the UK.
